At the very least, mental-emotional states are a factor in treatment outcomes. For this reason alone, mental and emotional states should be addressed in every case, regardless of condition.
Optimally, we use mental focus and emotional conditioning to unleash and take full advantage of our own internal, biochemical resources (which are incredibly powerful).
Based on personal experience, clinical practice, extensive study and medical research, I consider meditation to be the most important tool in my tool kit, and "MEDITATE" to be the most important advice I give to anyone and everyone.
